I am thankful to be given an opportunity to be in a team that has a really good culture and a manager who actually helps and provides guidance along the way. Workload is still manageable and there is a trustworthy management.
Cons
Some would think that it would not be beneficial for their career growth if to being tied down for four years in the same role.
