      Pros

      Salary is good, increased regularly on a yearly basis, which is not common in Poland.

      Cons

      No perspetvies for personal growth, they are talking contantly about deployment. Old fashioned, systems are old, too complicated to make any change.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
