Pros
My property mostly had a good team feel to it, everyone pitching in to make sure the job got done, regardless of title. Easy to get the schedule you want, and easy to get employee discounts on rooms when required. Good meal plan.
Cons
Hopefully the housekeeping department is better now at teamwork than it was when I was there. Communication with frontline staff members by management and home office was bad to mediocre. We had to put buckets out all over the property, even by the front door, because headquarters didn't see fit to repair the roof - for years. Overall, we were given the impression that headquarters didn't want to take care of this property or us. Indeed, none of them ever visited, that we were told.
