- Authoritarian behavior. -No proper facilities available. - Every senior expects you to call them sir. otherwise they are going to screw you in meetings. - Company politics at its peek. -Authoritarian behavior starting from its CEO. except Pankaj. - Most of the time company will be fooling its customers with false promises. you will have a morality issue by seeing all this. - No job security. they will fire you for any reason. - Less compensation and very small hike.
