      Management : it is said people leave or stay in the company because of their bosses. management here (ceos, cfo) are ready to mentor ,guide people immaterial of the designations. i have seen ceo working on a laptop with the interns and junior associates when the interns and juniors were getting yelled by the customer due to some technical escalation . this is the level of commitmement and humility of the management . its an open door policy anybody with good feedback or suggestion can enter in their cabins and let their heart out . anand naik and pankit desai are ceos of this company and have led global companies like symantec and rolta in previous stint. b. work culture : environment is infused with young people hence environment is quite dynamic and with people willing to learn. c. exposure young engineers are trusted with complex assignments with seniors giving the required aircover infront of clients d. company is growing at unpredentant rate . already 160 people compared to handful people 3 years back..recognised one of the best startups in india by bse finintegrate ,other advisory firms

      Cons

      a) inflexible engineers who wont go extra mile for the company cannot survive in this company b) some client places are challenging and time wise demanding but it provides necessary environment for people keen to learn technology. c) average industry payer d) not ideal for candidates who dont want to make security as a career. here you will learn 360 degree security . so candidate should willing to put extra hours for every security technology like soc dlp patch even av ...

      Pros

      No pros, the management is cheating clients by promising experienced people and sending freshers on projects.

      Cons

      There are too many people in senior management who keep confusing employees. There is no employee welfare, I have personally seen people getting hired and fired because the project they were expecting did not turn up. The sales team promises everything under the sky to get projects then they result in failure, the company is losing many of its initial clients.
