      If you are someone of color or anyone's favorite, you won’t grow within the company. You could be outperforming your peers, it still won’t change anything. If you are top performer management will use you to train others and the person you trained will end up getting promoted over you. At Sephora, employees get more recognition than, a pay increase.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps.
