Horrible place to work - Anonymous employee Sephora Employee Review

The girls are catty, and the management calls everyone hun even if they are saying something degrading. Ex// Once I wore nude lipstick but it was not highly visible and the manager said "Hun, I know you're wearing nude lipstick but it doesn't look like you should be working here. Go and change your lipstick." in front of other coworkers. It was very embarrassing to get called out like that but it was the normal and happened many times. The management used a lot of favoritism.
