I think culture/environment definitely varies store to store but I worked in NY and LA and both locations had good management.
- tips on services (but unfortunately taxed)
- free training product
-flexible hours
Cons
- client servicing can be a lot sometimes but management is supportive
- having to meet a lot of quotas as an LBA such as selling products during a makeup service can be difficult when a client doesn't want to buy anything

We also understand your feedback regarding the balance between client servicing and sales goals. Both can be challenging at times and we’re always looking for ways to better support our teams. Your insight helps us make sure fellow team members feel empowered to focus on what really matters — creating an amazing experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and the care you bring to our clients ❤️
Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
