-Leadership is outdated & stuck in the past. - Executive Leadership doesn't care about the overall "culture" of the home office employees. You're treated like a number and you better make them some money. -They focus more on sales. Every employee has one sales day a week (they don't tell you that until you start). Executive Leadership favors those that sell the most above all, no matter what department you're in. Just make them money! -They're not lying about Senior Life, All Your Life.. no side hustles and work-life balance is a joke.
