Horrible management that has lost all sense of directions, will have you commit fraud in their name and will use you till you are worthless to them.

None at all. Very bad company

Cons

They will ruin you from day 1. You will be broke from almost day 1. This is a MLM pyramid scheme that only makes the Company and the manager profit. The so called "Free Leads" are all recycled leads from 6 months to over 2 years old. They force you to pick the most expensive leads 69.00 each and tell you to get between 20 to 40 leads per week and the leads go nowhere. They will ruin your career and take no accountability.
