Pros
Your managers do not micromanage you. You can listen to one headphone at work. Depending what shift you work, you may have an amazing team that is fun to be around. Since it is a natural food company, the people generally attracted to it have a wide variety of life experiences/care about health and are really chill. The break room is nice, with stoves and additional dishes incase you forget yours, to cook your lunch. People there are very nice, and actually seem to care about you. The owner is pretty amazing, just look up articles about her. She has overcome a lot. Its not a 'corporation'. They will not freak out on you if you have to use the bathroom. Just do your work, and no one will bother you. They pay a living wage. I have not had this problem, but i heard they give people multiple chances before removing them, to make sure they are not getting removed just because one person does not like them. If you are full time you can get paid time off and healthcare.
Cons
It a physical labor job, high turnover because it takes a couple weeks for your body to get used to it. Once your body gets used to it, it gets so much easier and more pleasant. You will need to prepare a lunch and bring it every morning, because its too far away to go to somewhere and get lunch on your break. But you can schedule doordash. Its very fast paced, you will feel overwhelmed at first. Once you get faster at it, its not bad. But there is a learning curve + body pain at first. Does not look like many opportunities to move up. Most of the non labor jobs have been filled for years. So just make sure on your off days you are trying to improve yourself. Its long hours, you will need to schedule your time better to feel like you have any free time once you get off work.
