Pros

Pay/PTO now good. Work at home. Manageable workload.

Cons

Nothing you do; no amount of experience you have is going to mean anything. Focus is solely on making sure the numbers look good whether they are actually indicative of quality or not. This is true at any level. Doing the right thing for the sake of doing the right thing is not a thing. Bonuses/raises are next to nothing (and have been for many many many years). Competence is rewarded with more work. Incompetence is rewarded with a promotion and ability to blunder through work that will eventually have to be done by someone that is actually competent. A lot of corporate platitudes, but there should be no expectation of loyalty (unless related to IA-based chairman) - employs receive no profit sharing or sense that they actually matter beyond being a chair-filler. Very low starting wages and even less training/education completed by people that were trained by people whole were trained by people who also were not trained.

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails, and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent, tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
