Sedgwick Interview Questions

It was okay, but the person was not very welcoming and seemed to be judging me the whole time. when I asked her for details of the position, she gave very vague ones and pivoted to a different topic.

Went through the process and it seemed to go very well. I followed up and was unable to get any feedback for 2 weeks. On my last follow up I was advised that my salary expectations were not a fit with the role. I feel like applications should be thoroughly reviewed before even going through the interview process.

I had to do a two step process. First an automated interview where I pre-recorded my answers. Then I was invited to do an interview through their HireVue app. They offered me the position right during the interview.

I rec'd a phone call and a date was selected. The interviewers were straight forward and the questions were totally related to the job. Situational type...tell me about a time when....

Unclear details of interview and not a clear guide of what the role would include. Apart from that friendly interviewers and nice location. No further comments to make. Was a standard interview no odd questions.

Job specific questions, work experience and examples of claims handled. Also, you need to be prepared to speak about the company so you need to do your homework and understand the concept of TPA.

Had initial screening with a recruiter then interviewed with a few managers about 1 week later. Interview lasted about 30 minutes and was not asked a lot of difficult questions.

Nice interview, very chatter a scenario based, they want to get an idea of how you are as a person and how you cope manage in different situations. Show an understanding empathy and a proactive approach to your work.

Very knowledgeable person conducted interview. Good process. Great interview questions. Responded to all my questions. I felt good about it. No trick questions. Sounds like a good opportunity to work for.
