Pros
Great people people but practically half the company have voted with their feet over the last year or so, so few people left now
Cons
Very dodgy Teflon coated senior staff. Lack of direction, unless you count a serious spin operation as leadership. Barely disguised antique attitudes at the top, more surprising given the company role.
