      Pay is slightly higher than minimum wage, great benefits, and lots of skills to gain working as a CEA.

      Cons

      Hours are limited at the branch I work at, so even if I make more than minimum wage, I overall make less at the end of the day.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
