I worked at Scotiabank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fast paced busy branch. Learned a lot about finance, hours were great. Is very entry level position, growth was encouraged and embraced.

    Cons

A lot of the focus was on Advisors sales. Not enough on service\advise.

    Advice to Management

Centralized training, before throwing them on the floor with minimal supervision. Prioritize trainings/couching, increase customer service managers as they were often stuck doing day to day work with little time to aide the front line.
