Pros
Fantastic people. The only thing that kept me there were my colleagues. The work itself was easy as long as you're comfortable talking to people.
Cons
Work/life balance was a promise made straight out of the gate, wasn't a reality until 2 months before they decided to close the contact centre. Incentives were promised, but hard to obtain and only came around once a year. Every coaching session, team meeting and corporate policy change was dressed up and 'dumbed' down to a point where they were just using pictures to get the point across. If you felt like high school was the high point of your life... Scotiabank is the place for you.
