      Since this bank is pretty conservative, you'll have job security

      Cons

      Manager didn't know what he was doing, employees were under paid, benefits were cut, work felt meaningless

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
