Pros
Scotiabank is a great place to work as many employees here have been with the bank for 20, 30 even 40+ years. The work environment is very nice. People are also very friendly. The bank provides an excellent training system to help us develop our careers.
Cons
Sometimes, things take time to happen espeically for big organizations. But fortunately, the bank usually makes solid reasonable decisions that benefit us for years.
