      Was a good place to work back in 2019, good benefits, some nice people.

      Cons

      Culture and values has gone downhill over the years. Lots of uncertainty in jobs, low pay compared to other corporate positions & RTO.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
