Pros
Nice people in teams, very friendly. Very hard-working teams. TLs and managers are approachable and easy to talk. Safe culture, no discrimination.
Cons
No chance for career growth - some people work for 3-4 years with no proper promotion. Reviews and appraisals are slow and only for show. Extra work given every day and on weekends, no respect for employee - hire and fire culture.
