      There are no pros sorry. Management is worst to the core.

      Cons

      *The entire company has a work which has to be done by one person who does more work than the team leader i.e., team leader is a laziest person in the world and even selfish. *No professional ethics. *Management people never implement or execute any work, only the employees work day and night for the company, *Worst system of work *Overall the company can start their own buisness by the help of the management team and fire each and every employee from the company

      1) Employees are good and friendly.

      Cons

      1) No career improvement 2) Salary for executives are very poor even working long period 3) Many managers are not really management graduated, Few of them not completed their bachelor degree. 4) Freshers wont get clear clear path. unusable work experience 5) Work environment is not good. 6) Work pressure more 7) Not suitable place for implement own idea, you should follow managers talks even it is stupidity.

      Pros

      Good colleagues and friendly work atmosphere feel like colleage. Reasonable hike every year compare to MNC companies.

      Cons

      There's no options for carrier growth. Very lesser package. You have to run like race horse while working hours, terrible work pressure, there's no work life balance. Unskilled managers they don't know how to mannage a team, people and project. After completing few years in this company, you can't get clear idea about your carrrier.
