Pros
IJP policy of the company allows emp's to switch there career and this is very appreciated from Emp point of view! Very decent hike every year, no work pressure, flexible work timings! Good place to work!
Cons
No room for learning new technologies / upgrade our-self with the latest techniques in market! No transparency on any of the management activities! No growth structure is defined for emp's! Compensation is not given on time even after the financial year is completed!
