Pros
Pretty much nothing, health care if you're on a permanent contract
Cons
Low pay compared to other companies doing the same job, most people on minimum wage. Contracts say you are to work Monday to Friday 8:30-5, end up doing 7-7 or 8-8 with no shift premium. When on a shift pattern hours can be changed out of nowhere and you can not plan your life outside of the company. High employee turnover, you never know who is doing what job at times. Next to no pay increase on a promotion even though it involves more responsibility and decisions could affect the product and company. Company events like Christmas party or summer BBQ suit the office staff not the floor which makes up the majority of the company.
