      Pros

      Upper management knows how to select outstanding individuals. Senior executives are approachable, well spoken, and level headed. The company focuses on training less experienced but ambitious individuals who would otherwise be overlooked by “more qualified” candidates. There is no micromanaging, and schedules are flexible.

      Cons

      The company is growing, and as a result, a better defined internal structure is required.
