Pros
They can be a hype machine and used to often win awards.
Cons
Comp is on par with other companies but work was challenging. TAM was very obviously being run out but salespeople were blamed. They tried to ramp contract cost up dramatically in a manner not aligned with the rest of the ecosytem and with a strategy that was ostracizing to clients. Weird toxic grind culture from top down for a product having issues with staying power. Many layoffs. Not a lot of consideration for employees, this is leadership's project, you're just along for the ride as a replaceable asset and butt in seat. Can see this in how they are moving jobs overseas. Said the pandemic was no big deal and then immediately had layofss because of the pandemic the moment there was a bump in the road. Two more rounds of layoffs followed. It was just very clear that they didn't have a lot of care for their employees, even in the way layoffs occurred. When asked for feedback on why it occurred, the answer was "is now really the time for that?" and then the call ended and I didn't have a job. Tried to bring in a crowd of heavy hitters but honestly it just made the culture turn a bit toxic.
