When your manager thinks that the company is their, you have a big problem to fight for your or your team. You receive only empty words, it means, they promise you they are doing all in their hands, but it is not true. - We are working with OKR, but the objectives are not related with your work or you can't do anything to achieve it. Only you waste your time in the LEAD meetings. They are useless, they are not reflected in your salary, bonus...
