      Corporate employees get holiday between Christmas and New Years, 2 weeks vacation to start. 401(k) match caps out a 5% with no vesting requirements.

      Cons

      Experiences vary greatly depending on what department you work for and who your manager/director is. There is a lot of 'old blood' to deal with.
