Very approachable managers, all reviewed and asked questions on my resume and my experience, also asked if I had any questions and were very open to answering all of them

Typically go through multiple required interviews. One thing that’s different about SPX is the mandatory HR interview that is required during every cycle. One of the interviews was in a board type situation where two+ people were asking you questions at the same time.
