      Pros

      Great mid-level managers. Flex hours. Co-workers are nice.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Promotions are extremely rare. You are not allowed to make mistakes or you could be fired or punished. Low pay. No support from corporate. Nobody from upper management cares about their employees. Working here was HELL ON EARTH. There is a reason why there is high turnover. RUN FAR FAR AWAY. DO NOT WORK HERE. There are better places to work at. Value your mental health.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
