      Pros

      Company is large, so many different departments to move around in if you want a change. People there are also very nice

      Cons

      Do not compensate fairly. People I know have only gotten a better offer after they have sent in their resignation letter. Some departments have a lot of work with minimum pay and there are not many chances for career advancement.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
