      For a while, it was a fair sized corporation that really allowed staff to be entrepreneurial.

      Cons

      People with knowledge started getting replaced by nepo hires, and it all went downhill from there.

      Pros

      Oilfield construction at it's best! Fast paced environment, long hours and good pay! Excellent support from the home office. Excellent variety of work.

      Cons

      The usual things, long hours, difficult working conditions, challenges getting the parts needed on schedule. Overall though, nothing was unmanageable and management was supportive.
