Pros

We all have to agree that working for large enterprise have its perks and strengths but also it comes with a lot of negative things, lot of politics, closed doors, negative attitude and management that work in high castle. Well guess what? Working for SAP comes with all perks and benefits but with almost none of negative sides that one large organization can cause. Working conditions are great, transparency is on such level that you would ask your self, should i be able to have this information, but trust me you do, training and professional improvement is not possibility it is a must, management even top management is on your disposal if you feel you need to address anything. Technologies that are in use are following market trends and industry standards. Benefit package that is provided for employee and his family is big plus Your carrier path don have to be just vertical you can shift technologies, job positions and even carriers

Cons

lets keep it in house, nothing big and important, but like with anything else in life there is always room to improve

Pros

I really liked my role at SAP. After being a cloud Customer Success Manager supporting strategic clients for several years, I moved into a group doing digital customer outreach including producing newsletters, release enablement, webcasts, documentation, event registrations, etc. Salary and bonuses were good, no complaints there.

Cons

No real cons for the job that I was in, except that our group was eliminated by the corporate restructuring and reduction in workforce in North America in 2025. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately we probably showed up on a restructuring spreadsheet somewhere and it was determined that our services were no longer needed. We off-boarded most of our work to other existing employees (who already had full time jobs), which felt unfair to them, but that is how it shook out.
