Pros
The people! Company culture is great, feeling of coming together for each-other across teams, lines of business, across partners etc. There are so many events that are put on each year which is a wonderful way to wind down and network. Flexibility with office and remote working, even pre covid. Company offers a vast variety of different engage groups for employees to explore and get involved in - BWN, Pride, Veteran and many more.
Cons
Been at Concur over 5 years now and it has been great to grow and develop with the company. Only point I would say is there can be a lack of internal paved career paths once you get to a certain level or employee group, employee long term retention can be a question mark because of this.
