Pros
As with all off-price, business is good and consistent and layoffs are not a worry as with most retailers. Additionally, training programs are above average for the industry.
Cons
Exhausting is the only way to put it. Strong employees are overworked and taken advantage of. Constantly asked to cover for open roles. Mistakes are hyper-focused on and will be documented on reviews, even if its an anomaly. Corporate culture is awful. All direction is top-down and you better agree with it if you want to move up in this company. And lastly, for a woman-run company it is appalling the lack of flexibility and lack of encouragement for mothers. You will notice the people at the top are males or childless woman and are not a reflection of the people at lower levels.
