8yWe hear you, thanks for sharing. Difficult customers can be a challenge for all retailers. We do train all Associates on how to handle and diffuse difficult customer situations, create an environment were theft is minimized, and ensure that other customers are not negatively impacted. We work hard to make sure our pay and benefits are competitive in all markets. We take all feedback seriously and have shared your comments with our compensation team for further evaluation.
