      Pros

      Good pay If you’re in the right position.

      Cons

      Pay increases are sporadic at best. If they have a bad quarter they may cancel your annual bonus and pay increase. This happens quite often. Goals change frequently- a few times per year. Work environment, campus is dreadful.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
