Rockwell Automation Interview Questions

I applied for the role over a month ago and received a phone call out of the blue from a recruiter asking for a 20-minute interview for the role. I obliged, but didn't have much time to speak, and the exchange became a formal interview. The recruiter stated they'd get back to me either way in a few hours after speaking with the hiring manager. I received no response. It's unprofessional to not set up a proper time to speak to a candidate and interview on the spot. While I went through the process this time, I would urge others to tread lightly if they are treated the same. Candidates are worth a formal process and genuine interest.

It was good and great and the interviewer was nice. I like the emails they sent me, and not the actual interview that I had. I would have done it differently if I could.

It starts with a video interview first where you answer questions remotely in front of your computer screen (no people present except yourself) and if they move on it's an in-person one with your hiring manager (all done remotely).

Met with direct boss virtual for first interview, then in person and received offer within 2-3 days. The interview was more like a conversation, very informal though I’m sure that varies based on different roles and hiring managers.

I went through four 1-hour sessions with different employees. There were a mix of both coding questions related to embedded software and behavioral questions. The process ended with a tour of the facilities.

Easy process interview was very easy and easily got selected and the hiring was also immediate and everything was finely done and I got selected immediately...that all for a local medical shop

Asked about data structs, and much more projects from my resume . It was very relaxed, but serious at the same time. They asked alot of in depth questions about the recent projects I had completed.

I had an initial screening with a recruiter in November. A few weeks later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was asked to participate in the next round mid-December, and responded immediately. No word back from the recruiter for several weeks. I moved my schedule around when I finally heard back so I could participate in the 3rd round. After interviewing, radio silence. No word in over a month, and looking at my application status in the portal it now says "not selected", after spending several hours interviewing I did not even receive communication that I wasn't selected to move forward. Very poor communication, particularly after spending so much time and effort with the process.

4 INTERVIEWS. Great and transparent but pretty long process. It enables candidates to get a clear understanding about the company and its challenges and to be make a wise decision.
