Pros

Good benefits, lots of time off, Vacation, Sick pay, holidays, especially for years 1-4. Get a bump in vacation at year 5. Overall was nice to be there.

Cons

Conservative with bonuses and pay increases. Looking at forecasts they will hold on bonuses or pay increases if they feel they will not meet goal or there will be a lower sales volume for the "next year". So keep that in mind, you may not get a bonus or annual raise. Jobs really revolve around engineers. Not much room for advancement unless you have a background or degree in engineering.

Pros

Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

Cons

Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
