Salaries for employees with the same job titles and doing the same work vary widelly. Salaries are too often based on personalities versus performance. Employees who accept new roles with additional responsibilties should be compensated when the new responsiblities begin. Waiting two fiscal quarters for the title change and the compensaton is unacceptable.
