      Pros

      Ability to learn a lot about a lot. Ramp up will take quite a bit, best to find a niche area to focus and help customers understand.

      Cons

      Really old company that is in an old industry. Best fit for older candidates. Not a youthful company nor cutting edge.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
