      Pros

      Well structured environment with some very bright folks to work with. Compensation is competitive and work conditions are fair. Not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      Can get a little political but then again what work place isn't. Profit sharing could be better. Need to get time to market for. Product better.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
