      Flexible working hours and hybrid program

      Cons

      No work-life balance at all as what the corporate promoting for, a lot of day/night meetings consumed all the working timing ended up to continue clearing work till late to mid-night! And company ignoring the tiredness of their employees just required for the result of the revenue!

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
