Pros
Great benefits, environment and people. The people that I've worked with are nice and helpful. Great benefits with hybrid working arrangements, very flexible working hours, people respecting your time off, plenty of food and beverages in pantry, tons of fun and engaging activities. Overall it's a great company to retire.
Cons
Pay is okay, bonus is normal but increment is low. Promotion is hard to come by since you are being compared to your peers globally. After the reorg at 2022-2023 things became messy, political and unorganized. Management don't have clear direction causing projects more often than not becomes pure talk and no action but still need to show deliverables.
