Big company lends to learning about all different roles. People are generally great
Cons
One or two people can ruin an entire organization with how they lead. I’m amazed what has happened at Roche these last several years and what is allowed to go on. Harassment, hostile work place, poor leadership, not much support, favorites and subjective reviews.
