      Roche is a great ecosystem of 100,000 employees. There are a lot of projects, energies and opportunities and provided you're passionate, you'll easily fit in. People are usually very open and willing to discuss and share.

      Cons

      Due to its size, the organization and catalog of solutions can be a little bit chaotic.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
