Good people for the most part. Lots of team based incentives.

Too slow to promote. Don't reward successes that well. Poor bonuses.
The senior management is also a joke, never visible on the floor and they do not treat poor performers well.

We’re sorry to hear you felt we were too slow to promote as we strive to offer rapid career progression and international opportunities to those who work hard and perform well. In fact, 150 staff members transferred internationally in the past five years.
We also have a strong team-based ethos and a non-commission model is integral to this. We don’t pay individual commission, unlike the majority of our competitors, but instead focus on team based profit share. This is fundamental to our culture and success as it promotes collaborative working and ensures we always put our candidates and clients first.

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
