Pros
Great training Lots of resources and tools - you'll have what you need to do your job Ability to move up - but it's limited and often times you'll make more $ staying in a lower role
Cons
Literally the worst manager I've ever worked for: Just a horrible person, shady, stole credit, sexually harassed women, argumentative, selfish, racist, childish, did not lead by example, controlling, did no work and upper management was well aware of this man yet kept him around for years. Even bringing him back after he was fired years before for harassment Push for a poor work/life balance and guilt trip you into staying late Low commission and incentives No actual ability to affect change within the company High turnover Remote work frowned upon Push to nickle and dime your consultants
