Pros
* Flexible work time (crucial if you are still a student) * Great team * Possibility to learn through different courses and trainings, language trainings
Cons
* Every problem that could exist in a company this big you can find it here. * Unnecessary meetings, bureaucracy, outdated processes, but it seems it's an industry standard nowadays... * The amount of manager compared to the amount of engineer is quite frightening. * The company's main profile isn't really software so there is plenty of room for improvement in that area, but it's at least in progress. * My largest problem (which drives away most engineer as I see) that there isn't a clear path if you would like to grow or move forward in the company. Climbing the ladder as an engeer seems impossible, you can only get to the next level by changeing into a management role. Maybe I wrote too many cons, but tbh the work with the team can be quite enjoyable.
