Pros
Adequate pay, benefits, time off quantity and flexibility. Though all of these have decreased, it doesn't feel like any more so than anywhere else.
Cons
As an engineer it sometimes feels like some "business" person has their thumb on you at all times. Too many things being done just to check the corporate checklist rather than doing them to bring actual benefit to the company.
